I been using the site to check my Flying Blue account and it’s easy. My account loads quick, and I can see my miles, change my details, and find my booking info without getting lost. I also had no trouble logging in on my phone, which was nice.

I tried using my miles on Flying Blue the value was dissapointing. The taxes and fees came out almost the same as just buying a regular ticket, so it kinda made me wonder why I even bothered saving the miles. There also weren’t many good flight options showing up. After collecting them for such a long time, I really expected more from the program.

I’ve been a Flying Blue member for a while now, but the benefits on flyingblue.com.ph don’t feel like much. Most of the time my status isn’t even noticed unless I bring it up, and when I do, the staff sometimes seem kinda unsure what it actually comes with. Earning points is fine I guess, but upgrades or any real perks are almost never availble. It’s not awful, just feels like being loyal doesn’t really count for much...

"Extra fees popped up at the last minute"
I figured the price I was seeing was basically the final price, because that’s usually my shortcut when shopping online. But once I got to checkout, extra surcharges showed up that weren’t clear earlier. It felt a bit frustrating because I had already mentally decided it was a decent deal, then the total changed right before paying

"Miles showed up, but the wait is frustrating"
The miles did come through in the end, so that part was fine, but the crediting can be slow sometimes. I don’t mind waiting a little, but if it keeps taking this long, I might start looking at other programs instead.

"I had to reach out because my..."
I had to reach out because my miles weren’t showing up, and customer service did get back to me, just not super quickly. It took a couple of days, and I had to follow up once, which was a little annoying. They did fix it in the end, so it was okay overall. I just wish the updates came a bit faster, or at least a bit more often.
